Update on »Baltic Sea Steam« – both Rügen engines pulling one train!!
Don’t pass up an unexpected opportunity!
While we are on the island of Rügen our group is being offered an opportunity which is unlikely to come around again. Since the beginning of February 99 4633-6 has been back in black, giving us a unique opportunity to attach both original Rügen engines (99 4633-6 and 99 4632-8) to our photo-trains - once each on their own in front of a mixed train and then on Sunday with both engines double heading. This means we need one engine crew more than originally planned, which is why the new price for the two days on Rügen is €460. We still have some places available, so don’t miss out on this unique opportunity! We are the only tour operators who will be attaching both engines with Epoch IV lettering and black paintwork to their photo-trains in 2018.
We can’t wait to see how awesome the two Rügen locomotives will look together in black as they roll into Garftitz on 25 March!
The Molli is going to pull the goods train as planned, and the second stage of the restoration of the telegraph line is also complete, so all in all there are plenty of good reasons to come along.
