News from the Tanago Mariazeller and Ybbstal photo charter 4 - 6 October 2019
On the 5th and 6th of October we will ride the "Bergstrecken spezial" at the Mariazellerbahn. We will ride 1099.14 one day with an "impeller" and one day with "Ploatsch". We don't need to explain to railway fans that the creation of the "magnetic signage" is quite an effort. The cars also need a special treatment if we don't want to have the Ötscherbär logo on the train during this trip. So they have to be masked. The last time we were busy with the masking of the wagons for one day.
In order to offer a special treat to all participants, this time we will add 2 brown freight cars to our photo train. So it will be a freight train with passenger transport. We also load the stanchion cars with tree trunks.
In order to make even the longest journey worthwhile, we will take a 2093.01 photo train on the Ybbstalbahn on Friday, 4 October.
Tourhotel is in Winterbach, it is completely reserved for us again. From there we can form car pools to the Ybbstalbahn on Friday and board the photo train comfortably from the front door on Saturday and Sunday.

Both trips take place by the way - we have exceeded the minimum number of participants.
